Results of November Classic Underground Contemporary Auction

02 December 2016

On the 29th of November in CCA M17 auction house Golden Section performed Classic Underground Contemporary sale for which classical, underground and contemporary works were put up. 114 lots were presented, and 53% of them were sold. Contemporary and underground art were especially popular. “The same trend we were observing last fall – stronger interest for underground and contemporary art and stagnant attention to classics. That says only about periodicity of the market, and about trends that are forming. I'm sure the classical art will arise during spring sales as it usually does,” - says coowner of  Golden Section  auction house Mykhail Vasylenko.
